Tongue Thrush

I have a vaginal yeast infection and now I have small circular bumps on my tongue, is this thrush?

I have a vaginal yeast infection and I have a medical prescription for it, but I recently noticed around six small circular bumps on my tongue, is this thrush or regualar symptoms that accompany a vaginal yeast infection. There is a white coating on my tongue, but the bumps are the color of my tongue, pink.

5. your tongue is fine and all you need is yeast infection medication. Wash your hands all the time. Buy regular yogurt.
