Tongue Thrush
Oral Thrush - part 2?
I have been going to doctors for 2 months..I have been on long does of Diflucan and nystatin - it has not helped. I am very tired, my tongue is coated white - more so in the morning, my mouth very dry, my lips cracked at the sides, my tongue has white pin point dots on the sides of my tongue etc...I just went back to a walk in since all the times I was diagnosed with Oral Thrush it was through a visible inspection but this time the doctor scraped some off my tongue and came back and said it is not thrush. All he said was to use a toothbrush scraper and that it is hairy tongue. Too many docs and too many different answers - the test he did should be conclusive right?

- If he tested it then you are fine, no thrush. Yeah, what you have is that white stuff on your toungue. You have to brush your tongue like your teeth or that is what you will have-a white tongue.
