Tongue Thrush
what is wrong with my tongue... white with little red bumps?
My tongue is kind of white all over, like kind of dry and a little bit bigger than usual. its more sore towards the tip, and there is tiny red bumps... i think its swollen tastebuds. *i know its not thrush, my whole tongue is dry and white *its no infection of any sort *ive had it for a week, so its not just a burn *after eating salty foods, it gets even more sore please help it has been annoying me for too long. - whoever can tell me what this is and what do do will get best answer

- The only thing that I know of is a strawberry tongue you get with strep throat. But that only last a day or two at the most. You might need to go to the doctor.
