Tongue Thrush
Burnt tongue or thrush?
I've had thrush before, but this really isnt like that last time. It feels like I burned my tongue, but don't remember doing so. I have some white patches on the sides of my tongue, but unlike what people have said (or like last time), there is no redness or bleeding at all when I brush my teeth or anything. It actually feels better after I brush. It seems to be getting a little better, but its been going on for almost 3 days now. However, its still uncomfortable and I can feel my tongue being swollen. Should I wait it out and then go to the doctor for diflucan? Any thoughts on what it is?

- You need to see your doctor to see why it keeps returning. He can treat you & (hopefully) keep it from recurring.
