Tongue Thrush
Possible thrush on tongue? I have small bumps on back of my tongue and have oral nystatin to take.?
Has anyone ever been diagnosed with intestinal (not vaginal) yeast or candida or candiasis? Did you ever take Nystatin and if so please tell me your results. Nystatin is the drug that is not as harsh on your liver as other antifungals.

- Hi, small bumps on the back of your tongue is completely normal, these are larger taste buds. Lol, when I first saw the bumps on the back of my tongue, I freaked out until I saw a good diagram of what a tongue is meant to look like. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/images/ency/fullsize/8686.jpg If you are having oral thrush problems, perhaps eating some natural yogurt which contains all the goodies such as acidopholis(sp?), etc will help, or you can try some capsules with the active ingredients which will help as well.
